your personal data. We process all requests within 30 days.
What We Can Remove
- Name and email from marketing lists.
- Support ticket history.
- Analytics profiles linked to your sessions.
What We Must Retain
- Purchase records (7-year legal requirement).
- Data needed to honour active licences or process refunds.
- Fraud prevention records.

We will take care of your request asap.
We no longer use an email address because it always gets spammed and therefore some of the emails you send get
